As standard you will have warranty and hot line (phone) support for 6 months, where after we offer you to sign up for a 1 year support contract.
Reported problems will be listed, and made available on our Home Page address on the Internet: www.samsys.dk where you also will find information about new releases.
A problem must be reported to ASA by e-mail or fax. The report must include:
- In which function the problem occurred
- Action leading to the problem (sequence of entries, specific data input etc.)
- A short description of the problem
- Any available documentation (screen-dumps, print, error messages displayed etc.)
