DAT - Case Story on Reliability Reporting

During summer and fall 2003 DAT contacted ASA for discussions regarding reliability reporting. Faced with the ever increasing requirements of the Danish CAA, the old method of producing the meticulous reports manually became time consuming and cumbersome. dat were in need of a tool to do the reporting automatically based on data already existing in their SAM System.

In November 2003 they acquired the Reliability Reporting module. Now they have an overview of all the complaints sorted in ATA chapter, and all the unscheduled component removals as well. This makes control much easier.
