ASA - Airline Software Applications has for more than a decade been developing computerized solutions for aircraft management, maintenance and other needs of modern aircraft and helicopter operators.
The users are aircraft and helicopter operators or aviation maintenance companies of all sizes. These maintain aircraft ranging from single engine Cessnas to Boeing 747s, etc. There is no limitation as to the size or type of aircraft and helicopters managed by the system. Lines of business vary from flight training to passenger and goods transportation. The majority of customers are located in Denmark with others in Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Holland, Morocco, Canada and Brazil.
With the designer of the system being a former flight mechanic, the system reflects deep insight into the practices of aircraft maintenance. The main goal in designing the system has been to provide flight mechanics and technical staff with a user friendly system without superfluous features. This may seem somewhat an obvious goal, however it is important to mention that most systems are not designed by users for users.
Continued development of SAM will ensure that the core value of the system is not compromised.
