The SAM-Ops® system has been specially developed for maintenance management by sole Aircraft Operators out-contracting their maintenance. This system includes a selection of SAM modules typically for recording and tracking for maintenance requirements as well as handling Service Information (AD/SB) and Complaints (including MEL, etc)
